Alejandra Pelaez is our marketing expert with over 21 years of experience in Georgia, bringing brands to life. She is recognized for the development of successful strategies for non-profit organizations and private companies. As CEO of UP, Alejandra achieved the National Minority Business Enterprise (NMBE) certification, won recognition by the state of Georgia as an outstanding business, in 2020 received GHCC Award as agency of the year and was selected by the SBA in the beginning of 2021 to be part of their SBA Emerging Leaders Class of 2021.⁣

Alejandra has served our Hispanic community for more than 20 years and has put her talent at the service of organizations such as Latin American Association – Asociación Latinoamericana, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, and more.⁣

During the pandemic she managed to double our company’s growth thanks to her vision and intuition she was able to generate 15 direct jobs. She now plans to double that figure by the end of 2022.⁣
