Alejandra Pelaez is our marketing expert with over 21 years of experience in Georgia, bringing brands to life. She is recognized for the development of successful strategies for non-profit organizations and private companies. As CEO of UP, Alejandra achieved the National Minority Business Enterprise (NMBE) certification, won recognition by the state of Georgia as an outstanding business, in 2020 received GHCC Award as agency of the year and was selected by the SBA in the beginning of 2021 to be part of their SBA Emerging Leaders Class of 2021.⁣

Alejandra has served our Hispanic community for more than 20 years and has put her talent at the service of organizations such as Latin American Association – Asociación Latinoamericana, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, St. Vincent de Paul Georgia, and more.⁣

During the pandemic she managed to double our company’s growth thanks to her vision and intuition she was able to generate 15 direct jobs. She now plans to double that figure by the end of 2022.⁣

Felipe Uribe

Felipe Uribe, partner and director of accounts at UP Advertising, brings more tan 12 years of experience in marketing and sales. He has extensive knowledge in customer engagement and advertising in the U.S. And South America.

Andrea Brenes

Andrea is an Account Manager at UP Advertising, where she helps with the development of marketing strategies and customer relationships.

Her experience has always been around marketing and sales for more than 9 years. She possesses a Masters Degree in Marketing and also in International Business and a certificate in Digital Marketing. Originally from Costa Rica, Andrea speaks Spanish, English and French and she has been living in Atlanta for the last 7 years. She loves traveling and spending her free in outdoor activities or baking at home.

ALONDRA GARCIA

Alondra Garcia is an Account Manager at UP Atlanta. She graduated from the University of Georgia, receiving her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing with a Digital Marketing emphasis. She also has a certificate in Music Business.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and is currently learning Korean. Her experiences are in Social Media Analytics and Management, small business strategies, and brand selling. In her free time, she likes to enjoy live music, try new restaurants, and travel.

Erika is a Costa Rican lawyer. She holds a JD degree at La Salle University, a Postgraduate degree at Laureate International Universities and public law studies at Master level, with more than 10 years of experience in the legal field. As a member of Up Advertising team, Erika creates and audits content of our clients. Erika speaks spanish, english and italian. In her free time, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and children.

Samuel Garcia is a skilled Graphic Designer and Community Manager with a strong background in marketing. He graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, Mexico, where he also specialized in Marketing.

Samuel’s journey in the world of marketing began at Up Advertising in February 2016, where he started as a Graphic Designer. Throughout the years, he honed his skills by creating impactful advertising materials and digital assets for clients in the telecommunications, restaurant, and real estate industries, targeting the Hispanic audience. As time passed, he embraced the realm of social media, taking on responsibilities that included content planning, graphic design, and managing social media channels for various small businesses within Up Advertising.

Manuela Rodríguez

Hi! My name is Manuela I am 23 years old and live in Medellín Colombia. I am a Graphic Designer by vocation, lover of lettering, illustration and the creation of brands with a purpose. My goal is to communicate visually using different graphic retouching and production tools, techniques of graphic expression and different types of software, in order to provide optimal visual solutions to the problems of graphic and advertising communication in a creative and functional way.

Ana earned a Studied Business Administration at the University of Guadalajara, in Gudalajara Mexico. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1996. One of her goals was to learn English and improve her career. She fell in love with the city and decided to stay and make
Atlanta her new home. Ana is fluent in English and Spanish with a vast knowledge of the Hispanic Community and their needs. She found a good fit at UP Advertising as a translator and communicator. Ana loves to be with her family including her dog. One of her hobbies is to travel and visit new places. She also enjoys learning about different cultures and their traditions. This has make her feel very proud of her roots.
